My name is Joelle. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and have completed a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychology. I worked as a registered nurse for 30 years in a variety of areas with all ages. This experience informs a mind/body approach, which embraces holism, balance, and integration for well-being. I will bring mindfulness and compassion to working with the challenges life brings to discover your innate wisdom and promote flourishing.
